Pies are a basic part of Greek cuisine, they are made and eaten all around the country. They come in all kind of fillings, sizes and shapes, made with phyllo-pastry or heavier ones. You can see Greeks eating pies in the morning, during lunchtime or in the evening. Sometimes it's a breakfast, a full snack or an appetizer. The most famous of all is unquestionably spanakopita which is made with spinach and feta cheese wrapped in a phyllo. However the long row of pies doesn't end here: there are ones filled with mushrooms, leeks, mixed greens, chicken or simply cheese.

During this workshop you will collect local ingredients which you will use later during the day to create delicious pies. This activity will be coordinated by a local baker with an experience of 15 years in pie-making. You will learn how to create the dough and the filling and then enjoy your creations after having them baked at the local bakery.
The maximum number of participants for this activity is 10 persons.
The activity runs during the whole year except for the period between 10 July and end of August.
