Thai Massage

In a unique way, Thai Massage blends the elements of acupressure, Yoga, reflexology and physiotherapy. The session not only provides relaxation but also creates a great possibility to the recipient to experience well-being and a meditative state of their body and mind. During the course of the massage the receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions that are also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures. In Thai Yoga Massage no oils, or creams are used and both the practitioner and the recipient are dressed in comfortable clothing. 


Holistic Massage


This is a combination of body and energy work, blending techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Reiki and stretching. Using the intuition of the moment and considering of the body. The intention of this session is to bring balance and harmony to the physical. and subtle body. The holistic approach always keeps the principle of treating the body, mind and soul as one.


Ayurvedic Massage


Ayurvedic massage is designed to detoxify and cleanse the body by boosting the effectiveness of the human immune system. It thus helps to cure all diseases as well as maintain a good health leading to an improvement in the overall well-being of a person. It utilizes pressure points, oils and Ayurvedic philosophy to provide a relaxing, healthful experience.

Depending on the state of health our certified massage therapist might give you recommendation concerning the duration of the massage. Please keep in mind that in certain cases a significant and lasting improvement can be expected only after multiple sessions.
